First Impressions : Vichy Dermablend Fluid Foundation

Hey my loves! Long time no see, but I’ve been pretty busy lately. I’m back now though and I have a First Impressions for you. So, last night I finally used the Vichy Dermablend Fluid Corrective Foundation 16hr in the shade 25 Nude. I’ve had this for a couple of months, but I hadn’t been wearing a lot of makeup lately. However, I went to the cinema last night with my boyfriend and some friends and I had plenty of time to put makeup on and do my hair, so I thought “why don’t I try this foundation?”. I applied it with the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush and I got a flawless face. At first I applied a quite thin layer to even out my skintone and then I did some spot concealing with it! I set it with some Sally Hansen Cornsilk Shine Control Powder in No color and I had it on from about 8pm to 5am, it didn’t break or fade and it didn’t make me any oilier than I already am. I got some shine on my forehead at about 2am, but that’s the oiliest part of my face and I hadn’t used a primer. The color was a bit light for me, but nothing that a light dusting of bronzer can't fix!

My first impressions on this product are positive, but I will keep using it and I’ll do a review on it in about a month! Have you used this foundation? What do you think of it?

  1. Sounds really good :) I love the staying power of revlon colourstay. Really amazing on my oily skin type :D

  2. I'd like to try this as a concealer. I've heard it does the job!

  3. Ωραίο post!! Γενικά ακούω τα καλύτερα γι' αυτό το προϊόν!! :)

  4. Sounds good, I'd love to try it for my need-more-coverage days.
