Review : L'Oreal Elvive Full Restore 60 Second Saviour Intensive Conditioner

Hi my beautiful friends! You saw this L’Oreal hair conditioner featured in my January Favorites and I still love it for several reasons. I even bought a backup about 2 weeks ago! The product is called L’Oreal Elvive Full Restore 60 Second Saviour Intensive Conditioner (dear L’Oreal why do you pick such long names for your products? lol) and before I start this review, let me say that my hair is normal to thick (not thick though really), quite long, extremely oily (mostly on the roots) and frizzy as well. Crazy hair, I know!!

Let’s start the review with the packaging as always! This hair conditioner comes in a cute pink plastic tube that holds 200ml of product. The bottle is pretty basic and simple, there’s nothing fancy about it, but I like the color and the shiny sticker on it (lol), it looks pretty and girly. The only thing I’m not very fond of is the fact that I can’t see how much product I have left, but that’s not really important in this case. Here’s what it looks like :

The actual product is also pink (light pink), which for some reason I like a lot, and the texture is neither thick nor runny and that’s really nice, because thick conditioners tend to be heavy and runny conditioners usually do nothing for my hair. It has a lovely light floral scent, but when I say floral don’t think of old lady and stuff like that lol, it smells really nice!. You know… I’ve tried so many conditioners over the past 12-13 years and this is one of my favorites so far. It leaves my hair super soft, shiny and smelling lovely, while it keeps it as tangle-free as possible (my hair gets tangled when dry A LOT). And all that without weighing it down (I don’t have fine hair though). Here’s a picture of how the conditioner looks like :

Now let’s talk about the price of this hair conditioner. I’ve seen it range from  6.99 to 7.99Euros in Greece and you get 200ml of product, which will last you quite some time for sure, as you don’t need much each time, unless you have super long or a lot of hair. Yeah the price is a bit higher than most hair conditioners at the super market, but I think it’s worth the extra money, plus you can always look for a sale/coupon code. That’s how I got my backup two weeks ago! I got it on sale at Veropoulos super market for around 4.80Euros instead of 6.99Euros! So, keep your eyes open for sales and coupons ;)
