A few days ago I reviewed the Avene Matifying Fluid Moisturizer and I promised that I would soon post a review on the La Roche Rosay Effaclar M Sebo-Regulating Mattifying Moisturizer, so here it is.
You propably know the deal by now..we'll start with the packaging lol ! This moisturizer comes in a simple white packaging that's made of plastic and it holds 40ml of product. It's quite lightweight and it looks nice, although I'm not a big fan of plastic packaging. The thing I love the most though is the fact that this bottle comes with a pump. I hate face moisturizers that come in a jar and the squeezy tubes aren't much better, because I always get too much product out. The only thing I don't like about it is that you can't see how much product you have left. Here's what the packaging looks like :
It looks nice and simple, doesn't it? Let's move on to the actual product now. The moisturizer is more like a gel and it feels really nice on the skin, so refreshing and not greasy at all. It doesn't irritate my skin and it doesn't clog my pores. All in all it's a really nice product and it's actually mattifying. When I apply it on my face my skin becomes matte, so if that's what you're looking for in your moisturizer, then this one is for you. Here's what the product looks like :
This moisturizer retails for about 16Euros and you get 40ml of product in a bottle with a pump (you don't waste product that way), so the price is pretty reasonable. Plus it does what it says, it's lightweight and mattifying. I bought a backup a few days ago, so that says a lot! ;) Definitely try it if you have oily skin. :)
Have you tried this moisturizer? :)
