I'll start with Elf (shocking huh?) ! I've tried so many products from them that it was easy and hard at the same time to do my top 10 Elf products! Easy, because I've tried wayyyyy more than 10 of their products, and hard because I like so many of them! :) Anyway, here's my top 10 in no particular order:
Mineral Booster : I'm obsessed with it!! It makes my skin look healthy and it doesn't accentuate my dry patches! I have the Sheer one, but if you have a bit darker skin you better go for the tinted one! :)
Mineral Eyeshadow Primer : It's mineral, so it's good for your skin, it applies evenly and smoothly, it prevents your eyeshadow from creasing and your eyeliner from smudging!
Studio Warm Bronzer : I think this is the best bronzer out of the 3 in their Studio line! It's got color, but not too much and not too dark, so fair people can use it as well ! I wouldn't say it's shimmery, because I've worn it all over the face and I didn't look like a discoball (I'm oily btw), but it's not matte either! It just gives you a nice, subtle glow! It can also be used as an eyeshadow palette! Love it!
Studio Waterproof Legthening & Volumizing Mascara in Black : If you have short and thin lashes, this mascara might become one of your favorites! It makes my short and thin lashes look so nicely defined and longer and thicker! When I wear this mascara I describe my lashes as butterfly lashes! It also doesn't flake or smudge on me (again, I'm oily)!
Studio Powder Brush : You gotta have this brush, you just have to! Everybody's been raving about it, I haven't heard any bad things about it and there's a reason for that : It's amazing!!! Soft, dense, it doesn't shed, it applies foundation wonderfully! You can use it with either liquid or powder/mineral foundation, it works great! Try spritzing it with some water before applying your liquid foundation and you'll know what I'm talking about! ;)
Shine Eraser : Unless you're extremely dry all over the face, these little gems are a handbag essential ! They soak up the excess oil without ruining your makeup, they don't take up a lot of space in your handbag and they're cheap! What more could you possibly want? ;)
Studio Eyebrow Kit : I chose this one over the Studio Eyebrow Lifter & Filler, because in my opinion you can't make the latter one look natural or at least it requires a lot of work, whereas the Eyebrow Kit is more versatile! You put a little bit of the wax on and there you have a nice, natural look, you add a bit more wax and you top it off with the powder and you got a bit more defined look!
Studio Cream Eyeliner : It's creamy, it stays put (I have oily eyelids) and it's not difficult to apply! I don't have the most steady hand in the world, but it's pretty easy for me to apply! :) Just find the brush that you find easier to work with and you're good to go! Give these a go, they're really nice! Elf UK recently introduced some new colors to their Cream Eyeliner range, including a plum and an olive one, I can't wait to get them!
Mineral Blushes : Although their Mineral Eyeshadows are very nice, I didn't include them, because most of them are shimmery and all of them are messy and many people can't handle them or don't want to bother with them! Mineral blushes that are matte are another story though! Although they're loose powder, you shouldn't be afraid of them, because they're matte and they go on your cheeks, so there won't be such thing as getting shimmery loose eyeshadow on your under eye area like with the mineral eyeshadows! So, try them, because they have some nice matte colors that you're gonna like! ;)
Mechanical Eyelash Curler : This is ideal for you if you're someone, who's afraid of eyelash curlers! Eyelash curlers used to scare the hell out of me, I wouldn't dare to use them, because I thought I would hurt myself! Then saw this with its plastic handle, which you can have a nice and secure grip with, and I thought it was safe enough to try it! And it definitely is!! It curls my eyelashes nicely, it doesn't scare me, it's safe for me and it's cheap! ;)
These are things I use (almost) everytime I put makeup on, so I love them very much! I know I didn't include many nice things, like the Studio Blushes, the Mineral Eyeshadows, the Beauty Encyclopedia in Basic Eye Edition (which is really nice) etc. , but that was on purpose! I chose products that I really enjoy and that most people can use! The Studio Blushes are great, but most of them are shimmery (I think that only 1 of them is matte) and people with oily or problematic skin tend to avoid shimmery blushes, whereas anybody can use a matte blush! :)
I hope that you enjoyed my first TOP 10 !! I love TOP 10s, because you can see what everybody's favorites from a specific brand are! :) In case you're familiar with Elf, what are your TOP 10 Elf products? ;)
